Swing for Hope | Athens | October 1
Seven Greek swing groups join forces on Saturday, October 1 in “Swing for Hope 2016,” a music and dance event at the Athens Concert Hall. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Hamogelo tou Paidiou (Smile of the Child) charity and NGO Medecins Sans Frontieres. Taking part are the Athens Swing Cats, Diminuita – Le Petit Big Band, Giorgos Christodoulou, Xenia Gargali & Plastelini the MusicLab, Sugahspank & the Swing Shoes, Vanila Swing and Ilias & the Notorious Troupe. The event takes place in the Banqueting Hall and admission costs 5 euros. Starts at 7.30 p.m.
