Acclaimed chefs Yuri de Gortari Krauss and Edmundo Escamilla have been invited to a special event organized by the Mexican Embassy in Athens to celebrate the country's rich culinary traditions, named an intangible cultural heritage by UNESCO in 2010. The two chefs will present traditional dishes and explain their history and geographical provenance in a workshop at Le Monde Institute of Hotel & Tourism Studies from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, November 16.
