International Piano Festival 2017 | Athens | November 11-26

The Greek National Opera will be hosting the International Piano Festival 2017 in collaboration with the Thessaloniki Piano Festival between November 11 and 26 at the GNO's new home at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center. On November 11 and 12, the Piandaemonium ensemble – 12 pianists on six pianos – will perform at the Stavros Niarchos Hall. The performance starts at 8 p.m. and ticket prices range from 8 to 35 euros. The festival will also feature recitals by soloists Natalia Michailidou (18/11), Panos Karan (19/11), Guillaume Bellom (24/11), Nikos Kiriosoglou (25/11), and Alexia Mouza (26/11). All recitals  take place at the Alternative Stage, starting at 8.30 p.m., and ticket prices range from 8-15 euros. On November 24-26, Domna Evnouchidou will be holding masterclasses between noon and 7 p.m. (applications should be sent to [email protected] before November 15).
