Jean-Pierre Sauvage has been invited by the French Institute to deliver a lecture in Athens as part of its cooperation with France’s National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS). Sauvage will be speaking at the Athens Concert Hall on Tuesday, November 28, at 7 p.m. on the evolution of molecular technology. A specialist in supramolecular chemistry, Sauvage was awarded the 2016 Nobel Prize in Chemistry along with Sir J. Fraser Stoddart and Bernard L. Feringa. There will be simultaneous translation in French and Greek. Admission to the event is free of charge, on a first-come, first-served basis.
