Developers to invest €1.5 bln in ‘Athenian Riviera’
Property development investments worth €1.5 billion are set to dramatically change the seafront south and southeast of Athens, which authorities and developers are promoting as the ‘Athenian Riviera.’ Luxury residential and commercial developments are set to spring up around the former Athens airport.
