World’s biggest gyros producer sees global sales decline

The Covid-19 pandemic hurt the sales of Megas Yeeros, the world’s largest producer of gyros, in 2020.

Sales dropped 18% from the previous year, to €34.35 million, declining in Greece and the Americas, but rising in Europe.

EBITDA profit declined 19.9%, to €3.57 million, and pretax profit 44.7%, to €1.22 million.
