Tourism professionals meet Kefalogianni
Minister of Tourism Olga Kefalogianni held a meeting at the Ministry of Tourism on Wednesday with representatives from the Greek Tourism Confederation (SETE).
“A new chapter for Greek tourism is opening focusing on qualitative development by leveraging all of our country’s comparative advantages,” she emphasized. She also spoke about the new mAiGreece application, which has been available since June 10.
This app is specifically designed to provide useful information to travelers in Greece. The main menu includes a special button for the 112 service allowing users to send a message with their exact location and describe any problems they are facing to the authorities.
Additionally, Kefalogianni discussed projects implemented through the Recovery and Resilience Fund aimed at tourism development, tourism education and the digital transformation of the Ministry of Tourism and the Greek National Tourism Organization.
