ATEBank sells 2.78 mln euros of shares
Agricultural Bank of Greece SA sold 2.78 million shares in Hellenic Exchanges at 2.46 euros a piece, according to an Athens bourse filing on Thursday.
The Investment Bank of Greece was the sole organizer in the sale of the 4.26 percent stake in the operator of the Athens bourse to domestic and international investors via an accelerated book process, the filing said. [Bloomberg]
