Ski resorts woo visitors
Hotel enterprises in winter resorts across Greece are proceeding to massive discounts of up to 60 percent as the occupancy rate has been particularly low this year, especially after the end of the Christmas vacation.
Ski centers, particularly on weekdays, are reducing their rates, too, both in entrance cards and in other services they offer (equipment rental, ski lessons etc).
In several resorts, such as Kalavryta, local enterprises are promoting all-inclusive packages that include accommodation, food, ski center entrance cards and equipment rental at very attractive prices, in a bid to bolster their visitors? numbers. In Kalavryta those packages range between 55 and 65 euros per person per day.
