Fiscal discipline needed in years to come, FinMin says
Greek economic policy in the coming years will continue to be guided by the need for fiscal discipline to reduce the country?s budget gap,
Finance Minister Filippos Sachinidis said. Greece has moved a ?long distance? in reducing its deficit by 6.5 percentage points of gross domestic product in two years and the country will ?soon? have a primary surplus, Sachinidis said in an e-mailed statement from the Athens-based ministry on Monday.
