Mytilene Marina auction won by Turkish group
Setur, the travel unit of Koc Holding AS, Turkey?s biggest group of companies, won a government auction in Greece to operate Mytilene Marina for a period of 40 years in partnership with Hellenic Duty Free Shops SA of Folli Follie Group.
Istanbul-based Setur plans to grow in marina operations abroad, Tamer Hasimoglu, head of Koc?s tourism, food and retail group, said in an e-mailed statement on Friday. Setur currently runs eight marinas in Turkey, according to the statement. [Bloomberg]
