ATEbank’s Dodoni received bids
Agricultural Bank of Greece SA (ATEbank) received five binding offers for its dairy unit, Dodoni SA. ATEbank will evaluate the offers, the bank said in an Athens bourse filing.
They include a consortium of minority stakeholders (the Associations of Agricultural Cooperatives of Ioannina, Thesprotia, Arta and Filippiada), and four Greek and foreign investors. [Bloomberg]
