Forthnet rumored to be looking for ‘consolidation’
Forthnet SA, a Greek telecommunications provider, said it is in discussions with other companies in the sector to investigate ?potential consolidation of business activities? and possible strategic alliances.
The talks are in the preliminary stage, the Athens-based company said in an Athens-bourse filing on Thursday. [Bloomberg]
