NBG’s Finansbank to offer $750 million of bonds

Finansbank AS, the Turkish bank which is owned by National Bank of Greece, plans to offer as much as $750 million of bonds with maturities ranging from five years to seven years abroad.

Finansbank will apply to Turkey?s market and banking regulators for the bond sales, it said in a statement to the Istanbul Stock Exchange on Friday. [Bloomberg]
