Metdist leaves London and moves to Cyprus
Metdist Ltd, the third-largest shareholder of the London Metal Exchange, has moved to Cyprus.
The change of address was announced by the LME in a member notice on Tuesday.
Metdist was registered in London in December, according to a filing with UK?s Companies House.
Metdist owns 1.21 million shares of LME, which has agreed to be acquired by Hong Kong Exchanges
