Intralot strengthens presence in Russia
Intralot Holdings SA acquired Kelicom to strengthen its position in Russia?s sports betting market, according to an e-mailed statement from the Athens-based company on Wednesday.
Intralot, which held a 33 percent stake in Kelicom prior to the transaction, said the deal has been approved by regulators. [Bloomberg]
