The Panhellenic Federation of Local Authority Employee Unions (POE-OTA) begins a three-day strike to Wednesday. Pharmacists begin a 48-hour strike to Tuesday and Hellenic Postbank employees hold a 24-hour strike.

TUESDAY

WEDNESDAY

Civil servants’ union ADEDY is holding a 24-hour strike. Doctors of the National Healthcare System begin a 48-hour strike to Thursday, while hospital doctors will hold a 24-hour strike. There will be no train or suburban rail (Proastiakos) service as OSE employees being a 48-hour strike until Thursday. There will also be no metro service to the Athens airport on Wednesday and Thursday.

The General Confederation of Greek Labor (GSEE) is holding a three-hour work stoppage from 12 noon to 3 p.m.

Deputy Foreign Minister Dimitris Kourkoulas will address an event titled “Day of Information for Entrepreneurs” at the Foreign Ministry, at 9.30 a.m.

The Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT) will publish October 2012 data on the Greek merchant fleet.

THURSDAY

Foreign Minister Dimitris Avramopoulos will make an official visit to Libya.
