Coalition discusses details of unified property tax
Deputy Finance Minister Giorgos Mavraganis is due to meet representatives of the coalition parties on Monday to discuss the details of a unified property tax.
The government aims to combine various taxes currently levied on real estate into one charge with which it hopes to raise about 2 billion euros in revenues every year.
Mavraganis will discuss the tax-free threshold and the brackets that will apply in the new tax, sources said.
