European Commission to rule on Aegean’s bid for Olympic by September 3
Aegean Airlines SA faces an in- depth probe into its renewed bid to buy Olympic Air and form Greece’s biggest carrier, two years after the EU blocked a previous attempt over antitrust concerns.
The European Commission, the 27-nation EU’s antitrust regulator, said today it will rule on the transaction by Sept. 3.
