Alpha Bank absorbs over 1,000 employees from former Emporiki
Alpha Bank SA, Greece’s third-largest lender, on Tuesday proceeded with the absorption of 1,010 former employees of Emporiki, a Credit Agricole SA subsidiary that was taken over by Alpha in February.
The bank’s human resources department said that the 1,010 employees will be integrated into Alpha’s regular staff and positioned based on their qualifications and seniority.
