ICS conference in Athens predicts shipping market rebound in 2014

The ninth conference of the Greek branch of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (ICS) this week concluded that the shipping market is expecting a rebound from next year.

The conference, which took place on Wednesday at the Eugenides Foundation in Athens, heard that while the Greek economy’s problems are also affecting the shipping sector, the global market is shaking off the impact of oversupply and is set to start recovering next year.
