TAIPED sells another state property for 1.8 million euros

The Greek privatization fund, TAIPED, on Friday announced the sale of another state asset, a property in the municipality of Maroussi, north of Athens, for 1.8 million euros.

The property, which covers a surface area of more than 5,000 square meters, was sold by auction on the electronic auctioning site e-publicrealestate.gr.

TAIPED plans to sell another 70 state properties, via the same electronic platform, by the end of the year.
