Endeavor Catalyst invests in Hellas Direct insurer

Third Point Hellenic Recovery Fund (TPHR) and Endeavor Catalyst have acquired holdings in the share capital of local insurance firm Hellas Direct.

TPHR is a subsidiary of investment firm Third Point LLC, led by fund manager Daniel S. Loeb.

Endeavor Catalyst is a scheme that invests in rapidly developing enterprises around the world, with Hellas Direct being its first investment in Europe.

Although the amount of money received by the Greek firm was not made known, estimates refer to some millions of euros.
