Parliament Budget Office warns against current policy

The Parliament’s Budget Office warned on Wednesday that the continuing uncertainty and lack of agreement with the country’s creditors is sending the economy back down and putting healthy businesses at risk.

In its quarterly report, it said a Greek exit from the eurozone would constitute a “historic mistake.”

It added that that the measures proposed by the government are not sufficiently illustrated and that its reforms will not suffice to reverse the situation.
