ATHEX: Index loses 11.25 percent over the week
Investors experienced another rollercoaster day at the Greek bourse on Friday, with the stock market’s main index ending the session with a small rise. The large-cap FTSE/ATHEX 25 index expanded 0.20 percent to close at 208.19 points, but mid-caps advanced 1.70 percent.
The banks index shrank 1.58 percent as National and Alpha closed at their day low: National lost 3.83 percent and Alpha dropped 3.74 percent.
