Lamda takes 100 pct ownership of ECE-Lamda Hellas

ATHEX blue chip Lamda Development SA announced on Tuesday it has acquired a 66 percent stake of ECE-Lamda Hellas which manages The Mall Athens and Golden Hall.

The acquisition takes Lamda Development's holding to 100 percent of ECE-Lamda Hellas.
