Piraeus Bank appoints Lekkakos interim CEO

Piraeus Bank appointed Stavros Lekkakos as interim chief executive after the resignation of Anthimos Thomopoulos last week, Greece's second-largest lender said after a board meeting on Wednesday.

Piraeus has hired executive search firm EgonZehnder to help it find suitable CEO candidates.
