UK tour operator redirects clients from Turkey to Kos
It’s not all gloomy for tourism on Kos, as it may have seen cancellations due to the influx of refugees, but at least one British tour operator that had been arranging Turkish packages will be redirecting holidaymakers to the beautiful Dodecanese island this year.
Mark Warner canceled its vacation packages for Turkey in 2016 after the terrorist attacks in the neighboring country, and has shifted its bookings to hotels in Greece, France and Italy.
It cooperates with hotels on Kos, Rhodes and Limnos and has beefed up bookings for four hotels on Kos: Lakitira Resort, Lakitira Village, Lakitira Suites and Helona Resort.
