India, Greece sign air services agreement

India and Greece on Monday signed an air services agreement and a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on cooperation in the field of new and renewable energy, officials said.

The agreement was signed in New Delhi between India's Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj and her visiting Greek counterpart Nikos Kotzias.

The two top diplomats held detailed discussions on all aspects of the bilateral relationship. The pacts were inked after talks between the two sides, India's state-run broadcaster All India Radio reported.

“They also re-affirmed commitment to further expanding cooperation in mutually beneficial spheres,” the report said.

Kotzias started his three-day visit to India on Saturday. [Xinhua]
