HELEX 9-month profits up on 2016

Hellenic Exchanges, the company that operates the Athens Stock Exchange, on Monday announced an increase in its nine-month net profits to 2.2 million euros this year from 1.9 million a year earlier.

HELEX also announced that its net profits amounted to 0.026 euros per share in January-September 2017, down 13.9 percent from 0.03 percent last year.

Turnover in the first nine months of the year dropped 3 percent to 19.9 million euros from 20.6 million in 2016.

The company further announced that its nine-month total consolidated revenue shrank 2.9 percent to 19.1 million euros versus 19.7 million last year, and its nine-month earnings before tax grew to 3.57 million euros from 3.12 million in 2016.
