Reduction in state arrears in December
State arrears to the private sector fell to 1.205 billion euros in December 2020 from €1.479 billion in November, the Finance Ministry has said.
In a report on the general government’s arrears published on Thursday, the ministry said that pending tax returns fell to €636 million in December against €707 million a month earlier.
