Sea discharging UKC, has fixed M/T «Laura» at W/S 297.5, while in Caribs, Stusco has fixed Skaugen tonnage for 70,000 tons of cargo, loading November 8 East Coast Mexico, discharging US Gulf, at W/S 415. – Suezmax rates are holding in the Med., with Black Sea delays totaling to 12 days. – W. Africa rates are steady, but need additional inquiry to hold present levels.
