Continental Airlines yesterday celebrated at Athens International Airport (AIA) the launch of its Athens-Newark daily direct service. Participating in its Ribbon Bonding Ceremony, symbolizing the bonding of the two countries, were (l-r) the airline’s vice president for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Jim Summerford, US Ambassador in Athens Charles Ries and AIA General Manager Yiannis Paraschis.
