Steps to facilitate enterprise
Development Minister Christos Folias addressed a summit in Athens yesterday on entrepreneurship, at which he stressed the importance of leadership, innovation and strategy in conjunction with the government’s role. ‘Steps taken to simplify the business environment along with my commitment to reduce the administrative workload by 25 percent by 2012 are creating a favorable environment for entrepreneurship,’ said the minister. ‘The amount of confidence that exists among the state, markets and the community is perceived as being tantamount to «capital» for the community.’
