Energy ranks high on talks agenda
Greece’s Development Minister Christos Folias (right) met with Lebanese President Michel Suleiman in Lebanon on Tuesday as part of efforts to develop commercial ties between the two nations. During his visit, Folias signed an energy agreement with Lebanon to foster exchanges of technical expertise, encourage joint power projects and set up a committee that will oversee these issues. The committee is expected to meet in two months, once the agreement has been ratified by Parliament.
