Best Workplace firms receive their awards

Development Minister Costis Hatzidakis addresses the award ceremony for the 20 companies which topped the Best Workplaces survey for 2009 by the Great Place To Work Institute Hellas. ‘There are companies with good financial results that sometimes have a good working environment, but companies with a very good working environment always have very good financial results,’ said Hatzidakis. Among those receiving the distinction were listed companies Coca-Cola Hellenic, Marfin Egnatia Bank and Hellenic Postbank. The 20 firms automatically become candidates for the list of 100 companies with the best workplace in Europe that will receive their awards on May 20 in Austria.
