Elinoil expands abroad

Elinoil, a provider of liquid fuels and lubricants, has started to supply ports in the United Arab Emirates and the Persian Gulf with its products as part of expansion plans abroad, it said yesterday. Elinoil, whose shares are listed on the Athens bourse, said that, as of June, the company supplies vessels passing through ports such as Fujairah and Muscat, with its shipping lubricant, elin marine. «Elinoil is establishing a presence with its product in one of the key hubs on the world shipping map, increasing to 84 the number of ports abroad it supplies with elin marine,» the company said in a statement. The company, also present in Asian markets, did not disclose any information about what impact the deal may have on revenue figures. In Greece, Elinoil has a 550-branch network of petrol stations and also provides leisure boats, industrial units and shipping vessels with liquid and solid fuel and lubricants.
