Tell SETE what you think about Greek tourism

The Association of Greek Tourism Enterprises (SETE) has launched an English-language version of the website www.greektourism2020.gr. ‘This site is an area of open consultation which aims to propose strategic directions for Greek tourism toward 2020, through the establishment of a new growth model,’ SETE said yesterday. ‘We invite you all to give us your opinion on Greek tourism.’ SETE’s members come from 12 different fields of tourism in Greece and employ some 370,000 people. Tourism accounts for about 16 percent of Greece’s gross domestic product and an estimated one in five jobs. Its performance this summer is seen as playing a crucial role in determining the depth of this year’s recession.
