Speakers are seen on the stage of a banking conference in Athens yesterday. Steven Major, head of global fixed-income research at HSBC (right), said it is very likely Greece will return to the market to finance its debt at the end of 2011 on the condition that it meets fiscal targets and goes ahead with its reforms program.
