Greek breakfast…

Chef Alexandros Fouroulis (pictured) will take part in the preparation of a breakfast buffet that will be served at Athens International Airport on November 27 in an event aimed at promoting the branding of the Greek breakfast. The event, hosted by Xenia Exhibitions, will bring together seven chefs to create what they perceive to be the ideal Greek breakfast menu. Organizers said the idea is to help hotels to introduce more innovative breakfasts, with products such as mastic-flavored yogurt, that will make them more competitive. The event is part of an exhibition on hotel and restaurant supplies and services, running from November 26-29.
