Debt market can open in 2011
Bank of Greece Governor Giorgos Provopoulos said that the Greek government is expected to return to the debt market by the end of next year. This can happen on the condition that fiscal goals and structural reforms are completed and the economy is on the verge of returning to growth, he told Sunday’s Kathimerini in an interview.
