Prime Minister George Papandreou is seen speaking in Kozani, northern Greece, yesterday. Power company PPC intends to build a 200 megawatt solar power energy plant in Kozani, the largest of its type in the world. PPC plans to move ahead with the 600-million-euro investment along with a strategic partner, who will be chosen by international tender.
