Property values in OECD countries soaring

The pandemic brought about record savings which people are now using to buy property. Data from the first quarter of 2021 show that housing prices among member-countries of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development – Greece among them – rose 9.4%, the fastest pace in the past 30 years.
