Russian tycoon transforms Skorpios into an art island

Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev is planning to spend an additional 235 million euros on his privately owned Skorpios island in western Greece so as to transform it into an art resort. The extra cost will bring the overall investment to 400 million euros.
