People stand in queues to use ATM cash machines in central Athens, Sunday. The European Central Bank granted no increase Sunday in emergency credit to Greek banks, leaving the country under increasing pressure a day after the government threw Greeces bailout negotiations into turmoil by calling a referendum on creditors' financial proposals.
