EU Commissioner announces 100 million vaccination milestone

European Union Commissioner Ursula von der Leyen announced on Twitter that the European Union has reached 100 million vaccinations on Wednesday.

“A milestone we can be proud of,” she stated before stressing that the EU is also accelerating the rate of vaccine delivery in an effort to complete the drive sooner.
