Coronavirus: 1,582 new cases, 37 deaths

Greek health authorities announced 1,582 new coronavirus cases and 37 deaths in the 24-hour period ending 3 p.m. Sunday.

There were 334 patients on ventilators, up from 333 Saturday and 318 last Sunday.

Since the start of the pandemic, there have been 581,315 coronavirus cases, with 13,636 deaths.
