Woman shoots ex-partner in Halandri
A 68-year-old doctor was in critical condition on Thursday after being shot by his former partner in the northern suburb of Halandri in Athens.
The victim, an ophthalmologist, and the perpetrator, an Albanian national, who was arrested on the same day, had a relationship in the past, and have a 12-year-old daughter.
The doctor has legal custody of the child and was raising her with his wife.
