Suspected hacker attack on parliament
IT experts are examining an attempt to hack Greek parliament email accounts, sources told Kathimerini on Friday.
The attempt from an external IP to gain access to parliament’s email systems occurred at noon on Thursday.
As soon as the malicious attempt was spotted, “the operation of webmail for users was stopped for their own protection and the competent supervisory authorities were informed,” the source said.
