Snowstorm aftermath leads to virtual classes

Primary and secondary education public schools across Attica and regions affected by the severe snowstorm that hit parts of Greece will remain closed Thursday, while authorities try to cope with the aftermath, the Education Ministry said Wednesday.

Classes will be delivered online, the ministry said.

Virtual teaching will continue Friday where necessary.

In regions that have not been hit by the cold weather front, schools will operate normally.
